About the Foundation

The Tampa-Hillsborough County Children's Library Foundation was created by donors Jim and Joann Duffy to support free interactive, engaging library programs for children and their caregivers. Through these programs we hope to encourage families to read and learn together and become lifelong library users. This new foundation marks a profound achievement in library service to children in Hillsborough County.
